At WordOfYou, every dictionary is created exclusively for one person. 
 
Because each book is personalized with your selected words and photo, it cannot be restocked or resold. For that reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. 

If We Make a Mistake, We'll Make It Right 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly replace your book at no additional cost. 

Please Double-Check Your Order 

Before placing your order, please verify: 
• Your uploaded photo is the one you want us to use. 
• Your selected words are correct. 
• Your shipping address is accurate. 
 
Since every WordOfYou dictionary is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot replace or refund orders due to customer-submitted photos, word selections, spelling choices, or ordering mistakes.
